Due to high temperatures and small volume, spa water can be extremely volatile this can cause the spa water to have a foul odor, cloudy water and cause foam to build up. Body oil will build up over time and cause a slimy ring around the spa.
Spas should be drained and cleaned every 3-6 months depending on the user load.
